The flavour of local fishing, the atmosphere that recalls the sea, 60 seats and a very important guarantee: the experience and tradition towards customer service. Moreover, it is a new project of circular economy, from the sea to the table: with our boats fetching the catch of the day and taking it to the fish market, to the processing that leads to the table.
Open ever since October 27th, 2022, "Da Bob Cook Fish Sorrento" is a landmark for those who - along the Sorrento peninsula - are looking for a location that serves a lively atmosphere and dishes of traditional flavours prepared with creativity, through smiles and familiar hospitality.
The facility, located in the heart of Sorrento in Largo Parsano Vecchio (at the end of Via degli Aranci, the main street of the city), is led by Angelo Celentano, Franco Apreda and Eugenio Gargiulo. The three managers have gained excellent experience in the restaurants Bagni Sant'Anna and Tasso.
A key highlight is the partnership with the Ge.Ro.Sa. fish market, where the catch of the day is sourced. It is carefully selected and prepared before being entrusted to the team led by executive chef Francesco Sardegna.
Open every day for lunch (12:00 PM – 3:00 PM) and dinner (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM), with a weekly closing day on Tuesday. There are three parking areas near the venue, making it easy to reach on foot.
